HubSpot integration guide

Set up predictive owner recommendations in HubSpot.

Connect Lithium Six, enable its deal cards, and understand how evaluation, live recommendations, synchronization, and disconnect work.

Connection

Install and connect Lithium Six

Start the installation

Open the Lithium Six installation link and sign in to HubSpot if prompted.

Choose the correct HubSpot account

Select the account whose deal history and owners should be evaluated.

Review the read-only permissions

Approve access to deals, contacts, companies, owners, and deal-pipeline schemas.

Complete authorization

HubSpot returns you to Lithium Six, creates an evaluation workspace, and notifies Isotope Labs that the connection is ready for configuration.

Installing the app does not enable live predictions. A new connection remains in evaluation until Isotope Labs configures the relevant pipelines and outcome stages, completes the historical review, and starts a trial or activates service.
HubSpot record layout

Enable the recommendation cards

HubSpot may not automatically place newly installed cards on every existing record layout. A HubSpot administrator can add the cards through record customization.

Add the deal-record card

In HubSpot record customization, add Lithium Six Deal Recommendations to the deal record sidebar.

Add the preview card

Add Lithium Six Preview Recommendations to the deal preview so users can review recommendations while scanning a pipeline.

Publish the layout

Apply the layout to the intended teams or users, then open a deal and its preview to confirm both cards render.

Controlled rollout

From evaluation to live recommendations

Evaluation

Isotope Labs maps the selected HubSpot pipelines and classifies relevant stages as appointment, open, won, lost, or excluded. Historical deals are imported for model testing and backtesting. The HubSpot card displays an evaluation message during this phase.

Trial or active service

When a trial begins or the account becomes active, the native HubSpot cards can request deal-specific owner rankings. Active customers also receive scheduled CRM updates so newly matured deal outcomes are available to reporting and future model work.

Daily workflow

Use deal-owner recommendations

  1. Open a HubSpot deal record or deal preview.
  2. Review the five highest-ranked eligible owners and their predicted close rates.
  3. Expand the list when you need to compare the complete eligible owner pool.
  4. Use the recommendation alongside availability, territory, licensing, capacity, and other operating rules.
  5. Assign the owner in HubSpot through the normal HubSpot control.
Lithium Six does not automatically change the deal owner. The recommendation list is decision support; the HubSpot user controls the final assignment.
Data access

Permissions and data use

DealsDeal identity, stage, pipeline, owner, dates, and configured deal context.
ContactsAssociated prospect context used for evaluation and prediction inputs.
CompaniesAssociated company context when relevant to the deal.
OwnersThe eligible HubSpot owner pool and current ownership.
Deal schemasPipeline and stage definitions used for Isotope Labs configuration.
OAuthSecure account authorization and token refresh without shared API keys.

Lithium Six requests read access only. It does not write to HubSpot records or automatically reassign deals. For retention, security, and customer-rights details, review the Lithium Six Privacy Policy.

Connection management

Disconnect or uninstall

Disconnect from Lithium Six

A Client Owner can open the Lithium Six client portal, choose Admin, and select Disconnect HubSpot. This revokes the HubSpot installation when it is still available, disables CRM synchronization, disables native recommendations, and removes stored OAuth token access.

Uninstall from HubSpot

A HubSpot administrator can also uninstall Lithium Six from HubSpot's connected-app settings. If HubSpot was uninstalled first, use the Lithium Six disconnect control or contact support so the local connection is marked disconnected.

Disconnecting does not delete previously imported historical data or generated reports. Contact Isotope Labs to request deletion. Reconnecting requires a new HubSpot authorization and an Isotope Labs review before predictions resume.
