Privacy Policy
How we handle data.
Effective date: August 26, 2026
Isotope Labs builds Lithium Six, an assignment intelligence product for revenue teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it across our website, dashboards, APIs, CRM applications, and browser extensions.
Information We Collect
We collect information that is necessary to operate Lithium Six, provide support, maintain security, and improve product reliability. Depending on how you use Isotope Labs or Lithium Six, this may include:
- Contact and account information, such as name, company, email address, role, and access permissions.
- CRM and appointment information needed to generate assignment recommendations, such as lead source, appointment details, prospect name, address, city, state, ZIP or postal code, assigned salesperson, available salesperson options, and outcome data.
- Usage and operational information, such as prediction requests, dashboard activity, timestamps, log data, browser type, and diagnostic information.
- Authorization information, including authentication tokens, authorization hashes, and access-control records used to confirm that a user or integration is allowed to use Lithium Six.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, secure, and improve Lithium Six. This includes generating sales-agent recommendations, training and evaluating assignment models, maintaining client dashboards, supporting CRM integrations, troubleshooting issues, preventing unauthorized access, and communicating with users about the product.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Lithium Six data for third-party advertising.
Browser Extension Data
The Lithium Six browser extensions read relevant CRM page fields only to provide prediction and assignment functionality. The extensions send the required appointment and prospect details to the Lithium Six API and display ranked sales-agent recommendations inside CRM workflows.
The extensions store a locally generated authorization hash in storage so authorized users can request predictions. The raw authorization key is not stored by the extension.
Native CRM Application Data
When an organization authorizes a native CRM application such as Lithium Six for HubSpot, we receive OAuth authorization and read the CRM objects approved during installation. For HubSpot, this may include deals, associated contacts and companies, owners, and deal-pipeline schemas. We use this information to configure the integration, import historical outcomes, identify eligible owners, generate ranked recommendations, and measure product usage.
Lithium Six does not use the HubSpot application to write to CRM records or automatically change deal ownership. Disconnecting the application revokes future CRM access and disables synchronization and native recommendations. Previously imported historical data remains subject to the retention and deletion provisions below.
Service Providers and Integrations
We may use service providers and integrated platforms to host the product, store data, send transactional messages, process payments, monitor reliability, or support CRM integrations. These providers are used only as needed to operate and support Isotope Labs and Lithium Six.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Lithium Six, maintain model and reporting continuity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, client configuration, and operational requirements.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to information and protect the systems that process it.
Your Choices
If your organization uses Lithium Six, access and data requests may need to be handled through your organization's account administrator. A Client Owner can disconnect supported CRM applications through the Lithium Six client portal. You may also contact Isotope Labs to ask questions about access, correction, deletion, or privacy practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our product, integrations, or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
